After bazzite update, stuck on black screen, no boot

So I updated using the bazzite update app, and after rebooting to install the update I'm left stuck on this black screen with a flashing underscore, Ctrl Alt del and booting ostree 1 does make it boot (ofc) but I'm still left with a outdated system, I have a Intel hd620, i5 7th gen and a 1050 mobile.
