Missing Command

Hello, Ive been trying to allow the anvil command for my vip rank by putting essentials.anvil / essentials.command.anvil into luckperm and allowing it in commandwhitelist with /cw add vip (anvil / essentials.anvil / essentials.command.anvil) and whenever i test it, it says "no such command" but the command exist for me when op. Also the anvil command is coming from essentialsx. I cannot for the life of me figure this out!
