Database not working after migration to CF Workers

I recently migrated my SvelteKit website from Vercel to CF Workers and now the database connection (I suppose?) is not working and it doesn't return entries. Only after I logged into the internal dashboard (authenticated) and refreshed about 10 times it works. Otherwise it doesn't find any concerts.
The same issue is on the internal page where concerts are displayed.
I assume I messed something up in the server hooks.
I'm not on my PC right now, so I can't view the console.
