Installed DeckyFramegen on Bazzite now graphics card not detected

Hello, I am pretty new to bazzite, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I tried out Lossless Scaling with Bazzite on the Ally and it was great. I wanted to try out DeckyFrameGen but ran into issues.
I disabled and removed DeckyFrameGen however now I’m getting “Graphics Card Not Detected” and my games won’t run. It seems to be looking for a NVIDIA graphics card vs the AMD card for the Ally.
I’ve tried rebooting, going into BIOs, reverting to a previous version but the issue still persists and it’s driving me crazy.
