Can't enable R2 subscription after paying last bill.

Cloudflare notified me that my account had an outstanding bill, which resulted in the R2 service being disabled. However, I have already paid the full amount, and the system now shows that there is no outstanding balance.
Despite this, I am still unable to re-enable R2. Whenever I try to enable it, the page keeps looping back to the Enable screen repeatedly, and the service cannot be activated successfully.
What should I do in this situation? It has already been more than 30 hours. I have opened a support ticket with Cloudflare, but I have not yet received any response.
