Hi! I know the main secondhand site for Singapore is Carousell, but I was wondering about looking for secondhand clothes overseas.
From what I understand, these are the main sites for US/Europe:
- eBay
- Etsy
- Depop
- Gem (an aggregator with fuzzy search)
- Vinted
- Poshmark
- Vestiaire
- TheRealReal (TRR)
- Mrrkt (a consignment store)
And this is for Japan:
- Yahoo Auctions/Y!Auctions
- Mercari
- 2nd Street (a consignment store)
- Rakuten Japan
- Fail
- Buyee (also a proxy service)
- Neokyo
- ZenMarket
But which are the best sites and what do the people here mostly use? What is your usual routine for finding something?
I know secondhand shopping is about spending time to save money but I’m wondering how to do this efficiently haha
