Better Auth plugin conflicts

Hey, we're getting this error out of nowhere, does anyone know, what the problem could be? ofc, we're only having the autumn plugin one time:
025-12-27T15:58:04.857Z ERROR [Better Auth]: Endpoint path conflicts detected! Multiple plugins are trying to use the same endpoint paths:
  - "/autumn/entities/:entityId" used by plugins: autumn

To resolve this, you can:
        1. Use only one of the conflicting plugins
        2. Configure the plugins to use different paths (if supported)
