VAN 57?

I had a problem where the game would freeze during the match, then everything would stop, and it would close automatically. I reported the issue before and was simply told to delete all the game files. I did that, but after reinstalling, everything remained the same, and it got worse + error code 57. What should I do, knowing that my device is new, not even two years old, has very good specs, and a 3050 graphics card? When will I be able to play like the rest of the world, and how will I be compensated for that? I love Valorant and don't play any other game besides it, so how can I get through my day without it?
