hvci, iommu problems + pc not properly shutting down after opening valorant

SolvedHi, got hit with the HVCI error today. i looked up how to turn it on, and it said i had to enable Memory Integrity. I did, and after rebooting the PC, it is turned off. after troubleshooting for a whole day, turns out the memory integrity setting only turns off after reboot IF IOMMU IS ON. after turning iommu off, memory integrity is still on even after a reboot. however you need both enabled to start up valorant. these errors show up on every acc i tried
Not only i have had problems with the PC shutting down because of iommu after opening Valorant (RGB is still on and the fans are spinning, however displays are off), but now i cant even play at all. Opening Valorant support ticket did not help because they were providing all the basic fixes that are not working. looking forward to any possible help

CPU: Intel i7-10700K
System: Windows 11
