I can't install games from the Epic Store.

So, recently I was downloading Hell Let Loose, but I had an OS crash and my laptop restarted mid-download. Since then, I haven't been able to install, repair, or uninstall HHL. Furthermore, no other Epic Games titles can be downloaded.
Some points I need to comment on:
I can't send the logs; there's a video of the process attached.
The other video shows the installation process.
GOG games work normally.
I don't have significant progress in any game; deleting everything is fine.
I searched for information online; they suggested updating the library, deleting files, but nothing worked.
Heroic is installed through the Mint store, I presume via Flatpacks.
Okay, so in summary, I can't install/uninstall Epic Games, and the vast majority of my games are there.
