Valorant won't load past the initial starting screen

Hello there! I have just upgraded to Windows 11 on a new PC and now always encounter a frozen screen upon trying to start the game (view picture). I hear the starting sound, but it won't ever move past loading to this specific point. Anyone have any ideas how to solve this?
