Train Speed Limits Not Honoring Direction of Travel

I've been using the train speed limits and just realized that if you put a slow and normal speed indicator across from each other pointing in opposite directions, it kind of randomly picks one no matter what directiong the train is going. For example, I have a 10 and no speed limit sign delineating the entrance/exit to a slow area on two-way track, but the train will continue at 10 forever as it passes the unlimited sign because the other direction has a 10.
