MANGOHUD=1 fails game launch on Steam

bug

guys im playing KCD2 on Bazzite (Steam) and suddenly Mangohud prevents the game from launching. Any tips? I ruled out the other launch commands, only MANGOHUD=1 causes the game to fail launch.
