Game Keeps Freezing

hey I need some help . My Pc keeps crashing whenever I play Valorant and its been happening a lot recently. The game either freezes or my whole Pc crashes, and I’m not sure whats causing it. Could someone explain what the problem might be or help me figure out how to fix it?
