So, i don't really know what i might have done wrong, but I've received presence, message create, and guild member internal manager errors. I don't know what's causing presence and guild member errors, but this causes the message create manager to throw an error:

await channel.send({
    files: attach ? [attach] : [],
    components: [container],
    flags: MessageFlags.IsComponentsV2
});

await channel.send({
    files: attach ? [attach] : [],
    components: [container],
    flags: MessageFlags.IsComponentsV2
});

I'd give what attach and container are if needed.
channel is just

const { guild, member } = interaction;
const channel = await guild.channels.fetch(config?.channel); // valid id

const { guild, member } = interaction;
const channel = await guild.channels.fetch(config?.channel); // valid id
