[KCD2] Entire system crashes when playing KCD2, seemingly randomly

Mobo: MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: AMD RX 7800 XT
RAM: 16 GB DDR5-5200 CL40
PSU: Corsair RM750E 750W
When playing KCD2 the game randomly crashes my entire system. Basically my PC does a restart and I lose my progress.
I can not spot any patterns of this happening, sometimes I play for multiple hours with no issues, and sometimes it crashes within 30 minutes.
Maybe the issue is a power spike that my PSU can't handle, resulting in a crash? I put the Power settings back to "Balanced" from "Performance" to see if that helps.
Does not seem to be a problem with other games, although I've been mostly playing KCD2 since installing Bazzite.
Any logs I can provide to help with figuring out this issue?
