iOS app uploads are shown as uploaded but are not in the WebUI

I am running immich in a LXC on Proxmox, my immich media directory is located on a SMB network share.
The external library is detected just fine, however newly uploaded images via the iOS app do not show up in the WebUI even though according to the app they are uploaded. Attached you can find my web.log if that is any help.
