I recently built a website using Hostinger and spent the last 2–3 weeks making adjustments to ensure it is as user-friendly and professional as possible.
Now that I am in the final stage, I set up a business email through Hostinger. This email needed to be connected to Supabase and Resend, which I have done. However, it still does not seem to work properly. The service requests submitted through my website are not arriving in my email inbox.
I have contacted both Hostinger and Supabase support multiple times for help, but unfortunately their assistance has been very limited. It feels like their knowledge of their own systems is quite basic, which I find surprising. They mostly send long documentation links with a lot of technical information, but I am unable to resolve the issue this way.
The problem appears to be related to configuration, API keys, or email integration, but despite multiple attempts, I cannot get it to work correctly. Either the business email is not properly connected, or messages are simply not being delivered.
At this point, I really need personal and hands-on support from someone who understands this setup well and can help me fix the issue properly.
