No mail access

i have lost my access to my mail and cant login to github and supabase. i know the SUPABASE_URL, SUPABASE_ANON_KEY but the base is paused due to innactivity - free trial. is there anything i can do?
i really need help
the reason is that google shuted my account for uknown reason. i have downloaded my past mails and infos but still dont have access....
