Falsely banned

This is the second time this has happened to me. My account (ThundeRR#USSSS) has been locked again, and I honestly do not understand why.
I previously had a HWID ban, which expired on 12/25/2025. After that, I played normally on my second account without using any cheats or prohibited tools. Now this account has also been locked, and I would really like to understand the reason.
I just received a reply stating that third-party tools for cheating were detected. This is very confusing to me, as I have not used any cheats. The only external tool I am aware of using is Valorant Tracker.
Could you please clarify what triggered this lock and whether Valorant Tracker is considered a third-party tool that could cause this?
