Graphical issue

I'm not sure how to exactly describe this, but sometimes so far only on desktop my screen will have a bit of white flash, its like a bar across my screen about 20-30 pixels tall qnd about 1/3 down from the top of my monitor
i'll get video if it happens again (which it probably will) it seems to only happen when im not using my computer
i did also have to disable freesync as it was causing flickering but the bar has happened after that change
