Hi, I’m posting here because I’m honestly out of options and I just want to understand if there is anything else I can do. ( also dont know if it is the right place to post this )
I recently received a permanent ban on Valorant for alleged third-party software usage. I contacted Riot Support, the case was reviewed, and I was told the ban was manually confirmed and that no further tickets regarding this sanction would be accepted.
I want to be very clear: I have never used cheats, scripts, macros, trainers, or any third-party tools to gain an advantage in Valorant or any other game. I play on a brand-new PC, I’ve only used standard software (Logitech G Hub, Discord, Steam), and I’ve always played legitimately.
The ban happened right after a Deathmatch where I started very poorly, then had a short streak of good plays (including a wallbang based on prior information). I understand how this might look suspicious from the outside, but I did not activate or use anything at any point.
What makes this especially hard is that:
– I invested around 300 hours into this account
– I climbed ranks legitimately, step by step
– I even purchased in-game content
– and I lost access instantly, without being able to provide any additional explanation or context
I fully understand that anti-cheat systems cannot disclose technical details, and I’m not asking for proof or for anyone to break policy. I just want to know, sincerely: is there any other legitimate process, review, or step I can take at this point?
If the answer is no, I will accept it but I needed to ask one last time in good faith.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
also tried to make a second ticket with this screen ( that was appearing when i lunched the riot client sometimes and I had to restart the pc to play the game ) maybe that is why they saw a potential cheat in my laptop ....
