i got banned for 57 hours for no reason

I was banned for 66 hours because I was AFK, but I was AFK because my internet kept dropping out. So I went to play unranked with my friend to wait for the ban to lift, but my internet dropped again and I was banned for 30 minutes from unranked, and then it increased by another 20 hours for the ranked ban.
