High ping due to bad routing on Riot games server.
I used to have ping 30-40 on Frankfurt and Warsaw but now it is 110-150 and it is impossible to play. I contacted my internet provider and they told me that the issue is with riot and they can do nothing. Also that's the problem only with riot games, in other games ping is normal

I am living in Vinnytsia, Ukraine . My ISP is IT-SHCHYT/RadioNet . When I run tracert 162.249.72.0 I have this result(attached file)
