Invalid nameservers
Hello Cloudflare Support,
I am facing an NXDOMAIN issue with my domain: dreamoonline.com
The domain was recently added to Cloudflare again.
Nameservers are correctly set at the registrar (Namecheap) to:
- duke.ns.cloudflare.com
- elsa.ns.cloudflare.com
Namecheap confirmed that the nameservers are correct at the registry level,
but they also mentioned that the DNS zone / SOA record was not created previously.
I have now re-added the domain to Cloudflare using "Quick scan for DNS records",
and the DNS tab shows:
- A record for root domain
- CNAME for www
However, the domain still returns NXDOMAIN and does not resolve globally.
Could you please check if the DNS zone is fully created and active on your side,
and advise if anything is blocking DNS propagation or zone activation?
