game freezes

I load into a spike rush ive played 3 so far the 4th game match found shows what map and it stays on that until the agent select is over , i can still hear everyone talking but it just shows the map selection nothing else.. after the agent select it acts as normal and takes me back to lobby without lag or freezing.
