Distant horizions not working with better clouds

Fabric/QuiltMC 1.21.x🛠️Mod CompatibilityJust wondering if this is something that is solvable. When I try to use Distant horizions and better clouds mods when I load in it still has the vanilla Minecraft clouds rather than the modded clouds from the other mod. When I try and disable clouds in any way clouds go off entirely. This is in Minecraft 1.21.10 for singleplayer
