differentiating Bazzite boot devices in BIOS

question
I apologize if this has been asked before, I have tried searching but frankly I am not well versed enough in Linux to even do that efficiently, so I haven’t been able to find it.

My question is this: in my BIOS, Fedora (Bazzite) is listed twice (see attached image). I am aware that in GRUB Bazzite is also listed twice (ostree:0 and ostree:1) and I understand I should just use ostree:0 unless I am having issues. Are these two boot managers listed my BIOS correspondent to ostree:0 and ostree:1? If so, how can I tell them apart if their names are the exact same? Or does none of it really matter and are both fine to set as my default boot manager?
