Feedback about a particular UI for login/sign up

front-endHello, consider the uploaded picture, I'm inspiring myself from that design for my login/sign up. Basically it will almost be similar, the left hand side will be some sort of slider, the right hand side will have only email and password though. Now for the sign up, when I click on the create account, how do you people expect it to change? What would be a nice animation here please
