Issues with Domain Transfer - Status Requirements Not Met

Hello,
I am trying to transfer two domains to cloudflare registrar. I have already unlocked both domains and obtained the authorization codes (Auth Codes).
Despite following the standard procedure, the transfer interface still shows that the transfer conditions are not met. I cannot proceed with the request.
Could you please check if there is a registry lock or any other restriction (like the 60-day ICANN lock) preventing these transfers?
