Stuck in "Cannot Open access to Console, the root acc is locked"

So 2ish weeks ago i was playing Warframe, saw it was getting a bit laggy, and just decided to get off for the day. I turn my Pc on the next day and it just boots into Emergency with that error since then. Went through rescue mode, but even then cant do anything since "The root acc is locked".
