I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a review of my PUBG MOBILE account ban.
My account was banned in 2020 for 10 years (until 2030). The ban happened after I logged in using an emulator. I play on both mobile and emulator, and I did not use any cheats, hacks, scripts, or third-party tools. I believe this ban may have been triggered by mistake.
I appealed at that time, but the account was not unbanned. It has now been almost 6 years, and I would kindly request you to review my case again and consider removing the ban.
