"My account was compromised on December 23rd. An unauthorized person linked their own email and phone number to my account and accessed it from a different country/device. I still have access via Facebook, but I need to remove the hacker's linked email and phone number and restore my original credentials. I can provide payment receipts and device information to prove ownership."
