False ban
So me and my sister and my brother were playing valorant, then after 11 wins and 11 loses, i disconnected and tried joining back with a new wifi because the wifi was lagging and i used a phone to hospot the wifi, I joined back and my sister and brother got kicked and saw a messege saying "cheater detected", then i got suspended it says for exploiting or cheating, or i got banned. I think it is a false ban because i just joined with no modifications or anything. It says that i had a modification but no.. all i was using was a office laptop that gets like 30 to 50 fps.
And then i think i saw a code error saying -80 and when i tried playing again. The valorant crashed and system said that i had to restart valorant or something.
Please unban me because it is a false ban.
I had done nothing at all.
I just reached level 20 so we can play competetive with my brother and sister. I dont wanna farm all that again. Please help me.
