B2B pay per user setup
I am migrating from Clerk and the organization/billing setup on Kinde is totally unclear. I need to setup the typical B2B billing where administrator create and manage organization (including payment) and invite users. Price per user is fixed. I created a billing plan named Monthly and added a metered feature named user. I have no idea how to continue this setup, what should I add to codebase. I tried to look for some quick start, but haven't found any. Any help is appreciated.
