Logging in problem

greetings, I haven't been able to log into the game since around mid-December. I can start it, but then it gets stuck on the loading screen and something keeps loading in the background the whole time. Every now and then, I get the “Error 43: Restart game client” message. I've already written to several support staff, who recommended that I reinstall everything, reinstall in windows safe mode, delete all data completely with a special tool, install new firewalls, etc. I'm slowly running out of ideas, and support isn't responding at the moment, so I wanted to try here to see if anyone can help or has another idea. (League of Legends starts without any problems) (Windows 10)
