Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the 10-year ban applied to my PUBG Mobile account for “file modification”. I strongly believe this ban was issued by mistake.
I have been playing PUBG Mobile for approximately 6 years and have always followed the rules. I have never used cheats, GFX tools, VPNs, emulators, scripts, macros, or any third-party applications. I always played fairly.
I play on a Samsung Galaxy A24 (Android) using only the official PUBG Mobile client downloaded from the Google Play Store. I did not intentionally modify, replace, or interfere with any game files.
Unfortunately, I am unable to check the exact date of the ban at the moment, but I kindly ask you to manually review my case, as this account is very important to me and I am confident that no violations were committed.
