Why did my Neon credit disappear?
Hi everyone — I’m confused about my Neon credits and would appreciate help.
About 2 weeks ago, I received an official Neon email saying I could “claim” $93.05 credit (screenshot attached). At that time, the email clearly showed I had $93.05 in credit.
But yesterday, when I checked the Neon dashboard/billing, the credit seems to be gone
