External Library not recursively scanning media

Hey, I have mounted an external library and clicked on scan but it doesn't detect photos recursively.
I have two libraries mounted as mentioned below.
- "E:/Phone Backup/Dec 2025/DCIM/Camera:/mnt/phone_dec:ro"
- "I:/Dhinesh Backup:/mnt/external_hdd:ro"
/mnt/phone_dec works fine, all the photos are on there on the root path.
/mnt/external_hdd doesn't detect any images.
