Can't change user's storage limits - "no accounts found"

Hi all - just started to play with self-hosting a copy of ente, and I've run into an issue when I try to edit my first user's storage limits.

First, I set up an account and followed the instructions to add it to museum.yaml as an admin.

Then I used the CLI ente admin update-subscription command, but when I run it (with the proper -a, -u, and no-limits flags) I get the error "No accounts found".

What am I missing?
