Can multiple accounts access a self-hosted home server without seeing each other's photos?

I am interested in self‑hosting Ente on one of my old work laptops which were given out for free (8 GB RAM, 320 GB storage). I know it meets the minimum requirements by a load. I haven’t self‑hosted anything before, nor have I read much about it except for a few blog posts on the Ente website. Sorry if my question sounds stupid, but I would like to allow my spouse, a few of my friends, and my spouse’s friends to use it as well. Is it possible for multiple accounts to be hosted on my home server without everyone seeing each other’s photos (each person using their own account)?

Sure, it's end-to-end encrypted. No one including the admin can see photos uploaded by other users
