Hello Cloudflare Support Team,
I am writing to request urgent help regarding my Cloudflare Workers Paid Plan, which I have paid for multiple times but have not been able to use even for a single day.
Here is the situation in detail:
I have attempted to subscribe to the Workers paid/pro plan many times.
Each time, I complete the payment successfully, but the plan does not activate.
The dashboard continues to show a “Pay Now” button no matter how many times I pay.
My money has been deducted, yet I have received no usable access or benefits.
I am currently unable to open a billing support ticket, as there is no billing support option available in my account.
I am now stuck and cannot purchase or manage any plan due to this issue.
I also received an email indicating that my plan was cancelled, even though I did not cancel it myself.
This has been extremely frustrating, as I have paid multiple times without receiving service, and I have no clear way to get help from the dashboard.
I kindly request that you:
Check my account billing and payment history.
Confirm why the Workers paid plan is not activating.
Either activate the paid plan immediately or refund the duplicate/failed charges.
Restore proper billing support access on my account so I can manage subscriptions normally.
Please let me know what information you need from me (account email, payment IDs, invoices, etc.), and I will provide it immediately.
