Staff activity tracking: what actually works?

Hey,
I’m thinking about building a small tool around staff activity, but before going any further I want to sanity check if this is actually a real problem for other server owners.
The idea is very simple:
- track staff playtime only when they’re actually active (AFK time wouldn’t count)
- basic weekly stats
- works well for network setups (Velocity/Bungee)
For those of you running servers:
- Do you currently track staff activity?
- If you do, how are you doing it and what do you like / dislike about it?
- If you don’t, is there a reason why?
Not trying to promote anything here, just curious how others handle this in practice.
