7 day ban on comp for leaving the game but i got a glitch

I was playing unrated, and i like disconnected, then I got a connection error message like 2 times a lil bit after. I then recieved a 7 day ban right after I was requed when my enemy dodged and I didnt recieve a message telling me why until 3 hours later.
