After project paused, no projects visible on dashboard

Just received email today that one of my 2 projects was paused. When I went to the dashboard, neither of my projects was visible under any/no filters. No way to unpause the instance or to interact with the other, non-paused instance. No way I can see to recover. I have unpaused before, this is different. Has anybody heard of this before?
