unfair ban
My account was hacked this week, but I managed to recover it. When I went to play Valorant, I noticed that the person who was playing on it was banned (the person who hacked my account!). When I opened a ticket with Riot, they said the punishment was correct, even though it wasn't me (the real owner of the account) who was playing. Can anyone help me? Because all the tickets I open about this issue are marked as resolved.
