RTT Jitter, much higher ping last few weeks

Hi people, i am using hringdu.is as an ISP and now i have been getting around 44-50ms on london and my ping spikes insanely high, from those 44 to around 88, with that my RTT jitter jumps up from 0.1 to 12-15ms, i get lagged a bit back and it happens more when there is something going on in the game, for example when someone shoots, some util is thrown, i tried basically every possible troubleshooting step i could find on the internet, even went through with my ISP but none seemed to work. I am getting my fiber box replaced aswell since thats the last option
