VAN 1067

Im new to valorant and mid training i get a connection error with VAN 1067 and i have tried so many things to fix it and have even reinstalled valorant. I think it has something to do with the vgc service because one of the videos said to make it automatic and while im in before the kick, it is running, but after a while it gives the error and vgc isnt running anymore. please help me
