Phone number login bug

I haven’t played for a while and just reinstalled it again. I can’t login to my account for some reason. I put the correct, incorrect password but it gives no feedback like (incorrect password or anything) unless I put a symbol, which my pw doesnt have, there’s no incorrect password nor allows me to login at all.
