Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious performance issue that I am experiencing on a brand-new iPad Pro with the M5 chip. I want to be very clear from the start that this situation is extremely frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable for a flagship device that your team has publicly stated is now optimised for PUBG Mobile.
I play PUBG Mobile every single day and have done so for a long time. I care deeply about this game and have invested countless hours into it. This is exactly why this issue is so disappointing. Despite using one of the most powerful mobile devices currently available, the game suffers from noticeable lag and frame stuttering even at 90 FPS. This occurs with Smooth graphics, optimal in-game settings, no background activity, stable thermals, and a consistently low ping of around 20 ms.
To be clear, this is not a network issue, a settings issue, or a device overheating issue. The iPad remains cool, background processes are minimal, Low Power Mode is off, and my internet connection is stable and fast. The problem appears to be related to frame pacing or optimisation on iPadOS for the M5 chip. This is especially concerning given that other iPad models appear to run the game more smoothly.
